Hook and Spoon is a specialist paddock to plate butchery and slow cooking kitchen based in Benalla, in the beautiful North East of Victoria.
Hook and Spoon's meat is long hung and dry aged to bring out the full flavour. They make the fillings for their pies, in a slow cooked, caring way and enclose them in their buttery short crust pastry. The lasagne is made with free-range eggs and great bolognese.
Hook and Spoon have regular stalls at a growing number of Farmers Markets around North-Eastern Victoria and Melbourne.
