Cucina Italiana classes take place in beautiful Italian Villa. We provide lessons for corporate as well as hands-on classes during the evening and on the weekend for the general public. Our classes have been running for the last 18 years and we have now opened a sister school in Venice.
With our authentic Italian cookbook by your side, we strive in showing the flavours of all of Italy. Cooking menus are seasonal, which helps to develop our students knowledge of Italian life and cuisine. From all types of pasta, to meats and amazing deserts, our focus is to take you to different regions in Italy. Most dishes can now be adaptable to those who prefer gluten free.
