When walking into Dal Zotto Wine's, the weatherboard cellar door is light-filled and cosy. Visitors are engaged with wine tastings, plenty of family anecdotes, and even a game of bocce, with a glass of Prosecco in hand of course. The tasting experience can also be heightened with a rustic Italian meal at the Dal Zotto Trattoria, affectionately known as the 'Tratt'. At this regional restaurant tradition rules, it is central and taste, thanks to Italy's colourful culinary history.
